The client’s requirements for the space – parking space for bikes, waiting and service area for dozens of delivery partners, a conference room, and a regional office on top of all that – meant that this typically small ground floor office in Minato-ku had to work extremely hard to accommodate the programme. Office-related functions were housed in an L-shape flanking a generous front-of-house area.
