Chew Shan Wei, aka Shan, is studying at the University of Bath, UK. He will graduate with a BSc in Architecture in 2021. He has over eight years of experience in graphic design and has worked for Van der Architects in Tokyo.

Shan aspires to create clever, inspiring spaces that are sustainable and solve urban problems. Raised in Singapore and having lived in Tokyo, he is optimistic about the power of well-designed cities to change the world.

When he’s not making architecture or seeing architecture, Shan is eating (seriously eating), hiking, or exploring a city on foot.
